with Hanes to spread the word about Hanes comfort innovation — the cotton-wrapped ComfortSoft underwear. Screengrab
built a “text-to-voice” viral email application. The “text-to-voice” application allowed
users to upload photos, choose different characters and voice features to send messages to peers. This application
increased Hanes.com traffic by more than 70%. It also became the most popular section of the site with more
than 120,000 messages sent from consumers to peers.
